Go do Magento Dashboard:

- Go to System -> Configuration
- Select Sales -> Payment Method (in the left sidebar)
- Expand the “Authorize.net
- Change the “Gateway URL” to https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
- Click “Save Config” at the top.
